3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account or allow others to access it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period. All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload to KAIZEN. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing our services. You must not upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Upload content depicting minors without parental consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Resell or redistribute analysis results commercially without permission

KAIZEN provides AI-generated analysis for informational and training purposes. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or physical therapy. Always consult a qualified professional for injury-related concerns. We are not liable for injuries resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuzeX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of KAIZEN. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
